Jens Christian Aagenæs
Jens Christian Aagenæs, PCC, MA is a Professional Coach, Certificate Program faculty member and Adler’s Strategic Partner in Denmark, representing Adler’s Certificate Program and their range of corporate programs and services.

He brings a profound business understanding to individuals, groups and organizations in transition applying a unique combination of coaching and training tools to facilitate change.

Jens Christian developed his substantial knowledge of change management through his work in both private and public enterprise, including 10 years as a management advisor in Europe in international sales and marketing.

Jens Christian has an MA ( University of Aarhus). He was trained at The Coaches Training Institute in England and the US, and at Adler in Canada and Scandinavia.


Laura Atwood

Laura Atwood
, ACPC, PCC is a Professional Coach, Certificate Program Faculty member and facilitator of Adler Corporate Programs. She is also the President of Adler International Learning Southwest located in Phoenix, Arizona, the campus providing both the Adler Coaching Certificate Program and Adler Corporate Services. She draws on a diverse background in anthropology, visual arts, parent education, nonprofit management and dispute resolution.

With her individual clients as well as with groups, Laura thinks big, and anchors her coaching clients and participants in their most resourceful selves. In addition to her teaching, coaching and consulting, Laura works as a professional divorce and family mediator, with an associated coaching specialty in helping divorcing clients to move from “survive” to “thrive”,

Laura champions professionalism in coaching globally as Co-Chair of the Regulatory Committee of the ICF and serves on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators. She is an Adler Certified Professional Coach and is accredited by the ICF.


Crystal Campbell

Crystal Campbell
, BJ, ACPC, ACC is a Professional Coach, a Certificate Program Faculty member, and North American Practicum Manager.

Specializing in career and leadership coaching, Crystal works with professionals who are seeking career changes or enhanced managerial and leadership effectiveness. She brings her hallmark energy, enthusiasm, and humour to the coaching conversation and is recognized by her clients for co-creating pathways that lead to powerful shifts and new levels of work excellence.

Along with coaching, Crystal writes about career-related issues for Canadian Living’s website, www.canadianliving.com. She also facilitates seminars on work-life balance, strengths-based leadership, and successful career strategies.

Crystal is a former executive and seasoned business leader with a background in marketing, communications, and change management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Carleton University and has completed advanced studies in theology. Crystal is an Adler Certified Professional Coach.


Jean Davies

Jean Davies
, MBA, ACPC, PCC is a Professional Coach, Certificate Program Faculty member for Adler International Learning Inc.

Jean has spent 20 years leading, guiding, mentoring and coaching for exceptional results in both the corporate and the coaching environment. She is a true workplace coach and change management expert with clients who include executives, managers, and professionals taking on the challenges of change.

Jean was instrumental in both development and delivery of Adler’s coaching program that enabled Scotiabank Commercial banking to be awarded the 2004 Prism Award. She has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business ( York University) and is certified as a Project Management Professional. She is an Adler Certified Professional Coach and is certified by the ICF.


Erlend O. Gitsø

Erlend O. Gitsø
, Cand. Mag., BA, MSc, PCC/CPCC is a Professional Coach, Certificate Program Faculty member and a facilitator of Adler Corporate Programs in Scandinavia.

He brings excellent results, passion and humor into the workplace. He applies his strong background in education where he has served as advisor, manager and university lecturer, and works with groups and individuals on leadership style and strength-based group processes. Erlend's clients include high-performance individuals, executives, artists, entertainers and athletes who participate in leadership and project teams.

Erlend is a University Lecturer at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. He has an MSc (London School of Economics) and a BA (CM) (University of Oslo). Erlend is a member of the ICF, qualified to provide a variety of assessment tools.


Dorothy Greenaway

Dorothy Greenaway
BA, MCC is a Professional Coach, is a member of the Founding Certificate Faculty, and a designer and facilitator of Adler programs in organizations.

She brings a wealth of business experience to her work as coach and learning consultant. She is a former business executive with a background in sales and marketing and over twenty years experience as an independent coach, facilitator and trainer, delivering programs in Canada, the USA, Australia and Europe.

Dorothy studied with the Coaches Training Institute, the Newfield Network and Executive Coaching Institute TM. She has twice been recognized for her coaching work with two Prism Award Winners: Pearson Education in 2003 and Scotiabank Commercial Banking in 2004.

Dorothy has a BA ( University of Saskatchewan) and is certified by the ICF.

Margie S. Heiler

Margie S. Heiler
, MS, MCC is a Professional Coach, Certificate Program Faculty member, and facilitator of Adler Corporate Programs. Located in Virginia, she is one of Adler’s Strategic Partners in the USA, representing and facilitating Adler’s range of corporate programs and services.

She brings a wide variety of business, organization development, human resources and leadership training experience to her coaching and facilitation engagements. She specializes in leadership training, executive coaching and mentoring, with unique expertise in using assessments to enrich and expand talent for individuals, teams and organizations.

Margie is a Certified Executive Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She serves on the ICF Credentialing Committee and is accredited by the ICF.


Elizabeth Kingstone

Elizabeth Lancaster
, BA Hon, PCC is a Professional Coach, Certificate Program Faculty member, and facilitator of Adler Corporate Programs. Located in Toronto, she is one of Adler’s Strategic Partners representing and facilitating Adler’s range of corporate programs and services.

Elizabeth is recognized by clients and colleagues as gifted at enabling clarity and new perspectives to emerge, with an ultimate focus on execution. She has over 20 years experience in line, management and human resource roles. She is an accomplished facilitator and trainer and has worked as an organizational development consultant in a variety of sectors.

Elizabeth is an active volunteer coach, mentor and consultant, involved in numerous learning groups and initiatives. She holds a BA Hon (Queen’s University) and studied both Industrial Relations and Adult Education. She is an Adler Certified Professional Coach with advanced studies in team and relationship coaching.


Jeanie Nishimura

Jeanie Nishimura
, M.Ed, PCC, CPCC is a Founding member of the Certificate Program Faculty. Jeanie is involved in the design of portions of the Certification Program, as well as pioneering in Parent Coaching and Team Coaching.

She draws on her background in the arts and adult education to create meaningful experiences that enhance group and individual learning. As a team, leadership, and personal coach with expertise in teaching, training, and development Jeanie collaborates with other coaches in the creative design and delivery of coaching programs.

Jeanie has an M.Ed (OISE/University of Toronto) and advanced coaching training. She is certified by the ICF.


Linda J. Page

Linda J. Page
, Ph.D., ACPC, ACC is a Professional Coach, a member of the Founding Faculty and President and CEO of Adler International LearningInc.

Linda brings a multidisciplinary education and professional experience as a psychotherapist, parent educator, entrepreneur, graduate-level instructor and administrator, and researcher to her work as President and founder of Adler International Learning. Linda values collaboration and openness in providing leadership to develop the organization, the profession and discipline of coaching.

Linda has a doctoral degree from Princeton University in sociology, including anthropology and linguistics, and she earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. She became an Adler Certified Professional Coach in 2002 and is certified by the ICF.


Ole Petter Otterson

Ole Petter Otterson
, Cand. Theol, AMT, PCC, CPCC is a Professional Coach, Certificate Program faculty member and Adler’s Strategic Partner in Norway, representing Adler’s Certificate Program and the range of corporate programs and services.

Ole Petter delivers excellent results, bringing both his courage and humour into the workplace. He provides individual coaching, team coaching and mentor programs in organizations. Ole Petter works with groups and individuals on leadership style and strength-based group processes and consults on education and teaching.

Ole Petter holds the MA Theology ( University of Oslo). He is fluent in three languages, teaches at the University of Oslo, and is a part time minister. He is qualified to provide a variety of assessment tools and is certified by the ICF.


Pamela Ramadei

Pamela Ramadei
, ACPC, MCC is a Professional Coach and a Certificate Program Faculty member.

Pamela is recognized as an engaging, trustworthy and innovative coach and facilitator. She’s been an executive coach and corporate trainer for over 20 years as well as a senior consultant with three consulting companies. Pamela is proficient in the use of psychometric instruments to assess leadership competencies and contribute to professional development plans. She has accomplished significant results within the US Treasury with the development of the Group Synergy team process.

Pamela is a graduate of the Alfred Adler Institute of Minnesota and continues to teach and study Adlerian psychology. She is and Adler Certified Professional Coach and is certified by the ICF.


Lydia Roy

Lydia Roy
, BA, B Ed, ACPC, MCC is a Professional Coach and a Certificate Program Faculty member.

Lydia has over 18 years of cross-industry experience, specifically retail operations. As executive and life coach plus business consultant and facilitator, she coaches successful executives and business professionals whose leadership and people skills are limiting their ability to realize true goals and maximize success. Lydia also coaches small business owners to develop strategies to grow their businesses.

Lydia is a professional musician and host of a radio show. She is qualified to provide a variety of assessments including Myers Briggs and serves in a leadership role on the ICF. She is an Adler Certified Professional Coach and is certified by the ICF.


Sue Sheldon

Sue Sheldon
, B Sc, MCC is a Professional Coach and a Certificate Program Faculty member.

Sue applies her background in sales and marketing to her work with entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. As a compassionate and energetic coach, consultant and facilitator, she thrives on championing people to be the best they can be. She helps them find balance between social and fiscal responsibility, with the ultimate goal of humanizing the workplace.

Sue completed her professional coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute and completed Co-Active Space's Leadership Development program. She is certified by ICF.


Adria Trowhill

Adria Trowhill, MA, CPCC, MCC founding member of Adler International Learning Certificate Program Faculty is this year’s 2008 recipient of the Canadian Coach of the Year Award. The Canadian Coach of the Year Award raises the awareness among coaching consumers regarding the importance of hiring a trained and competent coaching professional. She is also one of Adler’s Strategic Partners representing and facilitating Adler’s range of corporate programs and services.

Adria is a trailblazer in Canadian leadership and leadership team coaching, committed to outstanding results, strategic thinking, passion and spirit. She brings a background in organizational and clinical psychology, combined with experience addressing leadership, performance, organizational development and change. Adria worked 15 years as a senior Consultant for an International consulting firm.

Adria Trowhill is a three time winner of the Prism Award for achieving outstanding performance through leadership coaching and leadership team coaching. She is former president of the Toronto International Coaching Federation (2.5 Years, as Canadian Leader for ICF and currently program director for ACTO (the Association for Coach Training Organizations internationally).



Peter Walsh, MA, is a Professional Coach and a member of the Adler Certificate Program Faculty. For over 20 years, Peter Walsh has been helping people reach new levels of results by mixing fun, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to personal development.

In addition to being an Associate of Adler International Learning inc., Peter is the President and founder of Peak Performance Coaching, LLC. Peter provides Executive and Organizational Coaching for leaders and teams that are committed to reaching the highest levels of business results and personal satisfaction.

Peter is known for his ability to generate trust and be able to help participants hold very frank and meaningful dialogues. As a gifted coach and facilitator, he is able to remain very flexible in allowing conversations to follow what the client needs rather than a pre-planned program. Peter is accredited as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, which is the highest designation granted by that organization.
