Dr. Linda J. Page, President of Adler International Learning Inc., announced today the appointment of Dr. Anita Teslak to the position of Executive Vice President. Dr. Teslak joins the coaching and leadership development firm with the primary responsibility of expanding its presence in the European professional training and corporate market.

Adler was founded in 1998 under its previous name Adler School of Professional Coaching. Adler Learning is celebrating the tenth anniversary of its pioneering of coaching training in Canada. In 2002, its professional coach training program was the first in Canada to be accredited by industry leader International Coach Federation. Some 300 graduates practice coaching and consulting in Canada, the United States, Europe, Israel, and other countries. In 2007, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto became cosponsor and co-developer of leadership and coaching programs, including those available for European expansion. The firm already has a presence in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Turkey, with scheduled expansion to France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Dr. Teslak’s understanding of business, leadership, and psychology has shaped her unique ability to align business needs with human needs. She has nearly 30 years’ combined financial, management, and clinical skills. Her broad experience has benefited organizations in designing new initiatives, selecting and promoting candidates, planning for succession, conducting quality and management audits, and promoting employee and organizational health benefits. Dr. Teslak holds a B.A from York University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology. She is a member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the Ontario Psychological Association.
