Toronto, January 19, 2006: The International Coach Federation has approved the Adler Positive Change: Leader as Coach Program for Continuing Coaching Education Units (CCEUs). Students who attend the two-day Adler Positive Change Program, including the follow up tele-lab reinforcement program, will be granted sixteen (16) CCEUs towards renewal of their ICF credential. Approval is retroactive for those who have already completed the program.
The International Coach Federation is the professional association of personal and business coaches that seeks to preserve the integrity of coaching around the globe. The Adler Positive Change Program is designed for leaders, managers and coaching professionals in organizations who want to use a coaching approach to leadership. It consists of 2 days of classroom training followed by three monthly one-hour tele-labs to provide implementation support.
Customized versions of Adler’s Positive Change Program have been delivered in numerous North American organizations such as Motorola, Kaiser Permanente, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Export Development Canada, CIBC Wood Gundy, Managed Care 2000k, Region of Peel and Scotiabank.
In 2005, the Adler Corporate Services Group expanded its scope by establishing strategic partnerships in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Baltics. The Adler Positive Change Program has been delivered in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian languages with the same exceptional results as the deliveries in English and French. In 2006, expansion opportunities include organizations in Puerto Rico where the program will be delivered in Spanish.
