FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Prism Honours Graduates of Adler’s Professional Coach Training Program

Adler continues its impressive history of graduating coaches that receive International Coach Federation recognition through the Prism Award. This year, Adler is pleased to announce three Adler trained coaches are being been honoured as the coaches of the 2007 PRISM Award winners. Adler Certified Professional Coach, Eileen Chadnick, of Big Cheese Coaching, is being honoured as the coach for Tribute Communities, one of Ontario’s largest volume home builders. Adler Trained Coaches, Sarah Robinson and Colleen Hurst, are honoured in the non-profit category with their client the National Ovarian Cancer Association. The Adler School of Professional Coaching offers Ontario’s only ICF accredited professional coach training program as well as leadership and coaching training programs to organizations worldwide.

The Prism Award is presented annually by the ICF–GTA, in recognition of organizations who have demonstrated enhanced excellence and business achievement through their commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy. While the Prism Award is given to the organization, it also acknowledges the coaches who partner with them to achieve this success.

Adler faculty and graduates have figured prominently on the Prism podium in past years with some faculty being represented more than once, including Adria Trowhill (2002, 2003, and 2005), Sara Thompson (2005, 2006) and Dorothy Greenaway (2003, 2004). In 2004 six Adler Corporate Services Coaches were acknowledge for their work with Prism Award winner Scotiabank Commercial Banking.

Adler’s flagship workplace coaching skills program was the impetus for Scotiabank Commercial Banking winning the prestigious Prism Award in 2004. Renamed, the Adler Positive Change: Leader as Coach Program, it has been delivered to over 1,800 leaders and managers in Canada, the US and Europe. Now delivered in six languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, French and English) through Adler’s network of Strategic Partners, participants experience the same exceptional results regardless of language or country of delivery.

In delivering Corporate Service programs and services Adler leverages the expertise and experience Adler has gained in delivering a world class, International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Professional Coaching Certification program. Adler programs draw on the faculty’s wealth of experience in providing coaching, training and leadership development programs in both the public and private sectors including such organizations as Scotiabank, Ericsson, CBC, Region of Peel, Export Development Canada, CIBC Wood Gundy, Kaiser Permanente, Motorola, Calgary Health Care and Canadian Tire, to mention a few.

In 2007, Adler continues its international expansion, working in the United Kingdom, and delivering our ICF accredited Professional Coaching Certificate program in Arizona, Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm.
