----- Log of Coaching Hours

----- Oral Exam Reflections on Audio-Recorded Client Sessions

For Candidates writing the Exam remotely

----- Proctor Agreement & Guidelines

In addition to the Application and supporting documents listed above, you must also submit with your documentation a 20-30 minute Exam Tape or CD of a complete recent session and a word-for-word transcription.
