In this two-day workshop, Donna Karlin introduces her internationally acclaimed method of shadowing, a particularly effective advanced application of reflective and observational coaching. Team Coaching - The ‘Living Systems Approach’

The ‘Living Systems Approach’ is a method that transforms groups and teams through conversations and experiential activities that evolve specifically from the teams unique context and mandate.

You can expect to learn about a coaching approach that:

Supports alignment on vision and purpose

Initiates cultural change
Increases overall performance capacity, and
Works effectively with teams in crisis

This three day course is structured as a living lab, inviting participants to claim their place in organized systems as a team coach.
